Teachflow.ai is an AI-powered teaching platform that auto-generates standards-aligned lesson plans, tests, quizzes, assignments, and curriculum materials in minutes. Teachers input their subject, grade level, and topic and the platform handles the rest. Every output is customizable and curriculum-aligned. The MVP was scoped to prove one thing: teachers would pay for AI-generated materials that actually matched their needs.
##How We Built It
Built on Bubble.io with OpenAI integration as a rapid MVP to validate the market before a full-code investment. The goal was speed to validation, not production architecture. Bubble let us ship a working, monetizable product in weeks rather than months. The scope covered AI generation for lesson plans, quizzes, and assignments, user authentication, a credit-based usage system, document upload, and a clean teacher-facing UI. Grade-level differentiation and curriculum standard alignment were handled through structured OpenAI prompting. When the MVP hit 2,000+ users and product-market fit was clear, the founders migrated to full-code.
